Research Interests

Shane's doctoral research delves into the pedagogical challenges inherent in executive education (EE). His study explores how external factors, such as technological advancements, global economic shifts, and evolving workforce demands, have influenced and shaped executive education in recent years. Additionally, his work examines the diverse characteristics and motivations of learners in EE programs, shedding light on how these elements interplay to create dynamic learning environments that cater to professional development and career advancement.

Beyond his doctoral research, Shane is deeply interested in the perceptions of artificial intelligence (AI) regarding human realities, particularly in terms of appearance and social categorizations. He also investigates practical applications of green energy solutions and their integration into everyday life, alongside agri-sustainability initiatives aimed at fostering environmental stewardship and innovation in agriculture
