Tuhin's interests lie in examining how companies employ corporate development activities e.g., mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, divestitures as tools of strategic renewal during periods of technological change or across global contexts. He is also interested in studying alternative contexts of strategic renewal and business reconfiguration as companies implement strategic change.
